Dr. Anthony Wilbon is the Lead ECSC PI at Morgan State University. Morgan State University is located in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Wilbon also partners with the Estuarine Research Center at Jefferson Patterson Park. The ERC is located on Patuxent River in St. Leonard, MD. Research conducted at the state-of-the art facility is designed to increase the understanding of coastal ecosystems so that they may be properly managed and protected.
